Work Station

about me.

In my 20 years of working, I have experienced multiple major company layoffs, periods of unemployment, and a couple of career pivots. All of this taught me how to navigate the emotional highs and lows of the job search journey. 2015 was when I experienced the most significant crossroad of my career journey and professional identity. The types of jobs I thought I was supposed to be doing became less fulfilling and even inaccessible, and I felt lost and forgot what I was truly great at.

I didn't want to be crippled by feeling lost, so I decided I needed to re-discover who I was as a working professional. I got creative and sought guidance and mentorship from other women whom I looked up to. I relearned about myself, and my most vital skills, which I discovered were those I genuinely enjoyed using. I tapped into my experience as a Human Resource Manager, Retail Operations Manager, and my Master's education in Counseling and re-discovered that I was very good at guiding people through the job search journey.

My coaching process is built through an organized and engaging delivery, expertise from continuous learning within the industry, and an overall growth mentality.

I value celebrating the human experience with empathy, creating safe spaces through grace, making an impact through accountability, and embracing and celebrating your authenticity.
